McDonald's in Siegen

No breakfast. And nowhere can you read that. It sucks!

Because you can only buy something with drive-in

Was really very full in the McDrive

Just drive to Kreuztal if you want to eat McDonalds. They don't get anything in line here.

Ordered 4x fries, 3 of which were half filled with curley fires. Then ordered 2x mcflurry with Kitkat and caramel but we received 1x without caramel. Then ordered 2x cheeseburgers without cucumbers but one had cucumber and no ketchup. Not recommendable.

Rarely received the correct order. Very annoying. Food is almost always cold.

Fast, correct and the drive-in looks really nice

It is better to always check whether everything is included that has been paid for.

The food was not bad, but the employee "Marina" is very, very unfriendly. (I've heard the name, I can't say if it's true)

Forgot to pack something in the bag again. Burger was cold and dry. Probably lay too long

Only bad. Ordering in the store and ordering in the drive always take forever. So always bring your time. "FAST" is something completely different. Inflexible, incompetent and listless staff will not convince you to come back here.

Despite the stated opening times until 1:00 a.m., it was closed at 11 p.m. and drove for free for the second time. Answer from the staff, why is stated until 01:00: this is the normal time! Each time there were several customers in the McDrive and had to drive again.

Never seen such a bad night staff that closes the shop earlier than ever. And then ignores you and comes forward cheekily. Really an unbelievable cheek, a shame that I can't give less than one star with such a bad staff

In the drive in there was a line almost down from the parking lot, inside it didn't look any better, card payment at the terminal didn't work, so we had to queue. When we then paid we would have to wait another half an hour, food was of course cold because only one apple pocket was missing. But it apparently takes half an hour to finish ...

Last shop, staff hopelessly overwhelmed, when addressing the staff whether it would be possible to clean the seat because it is full of sauce from the previous one, are your eyes rolled and you have to be yelled at? Not to mention that the floor is so full of fat that you slide over it with sneakers like on an ice rink. Certainly not, that was definitely the last time this branch got my money, that's a fact.

Good food available. But it takes bit more time to get delivered than expected.

Place is good only one problem not in city center

Like any McDonald's, the difference in (better or worse) is made by the staff! There are nice, customer-minded employees and other obnoxious, rude, peasants and troublemakers. All in all the quality of McDonald's is the same all over the world.

Sunday 24.03.19 20:45 Why the place still has on! Where do I start. The staff runs around with private sweaters and cardigans. No matter what is ordered it is not available. It is joked "simpler I tell you what is still available than the other way round". The ice cream machine is broken again since noon today. Strange at the time of an ice action ?. Well, "force majeure ...". The same with the cheese corners. Today there were traces of salad on a cheeseburger. Of cleanliness in the kitchen I do not even start to speak.

Slow & unfriendly. Stressed all the time. Rather unclean. At least they deliver the food at all. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever seen.

Filthy and smelly. Some food must be rotting inside. It was disgusting, the staff doesn't speak a word English. In the kitchen, there are wrapping papers on the ground, and fries under everything. The McDrive is extremely slow.
